How do I begin an engagement with Pravik?

What does the intellectual property registration process involve?
We begin with a prior art or trademark search to assess registrability, then prepare and file the application with Thailand's Department of Intellectual Property. We handle all correspondence through to a decision, and provide you with the filed documentation and a clear timeline of expected milestones.
Can you advise on a single employment issue, or do I need a full review?
Both options are available. Our employment law advisory service can be engaged on a per-issue basis — such as reviewing a specific contract clause or advising on a termination — or as a broader review of your organisation's employment practices.
How does dispute resolution work, and when does it move to formal proceedings?
We begin with a thorough assessment of the dispute and your priorities. Where possible, we pursue resolution through negotiation or mediation — which tends to be less time-consuming and costly. We will advise you honestly about whether formal proceedings are likely to be necessary, and support you through either path.
What are your fees and how are engagements priced?
Our services are priced per engagement — IP registration from ฿20,000, employment advisory from ฿18,000, and dispute resolution from ฿40,000 depending on complexity. We discuss scope and pricing clearly at the outset so there are no unexpected costs.
How is my information handled?
All client information is held in strict confidence in accordance with professional legal ethics and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We will not share any information about your matter with third parties without your express consent.
