1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your browser and remember certain information about your visit — such as your preferences or actions taken on previous pages.
Cookies are widely used to make websites function more effectively and to provide information to the site owners. They do not give us access to your device or personal information beyond what you choose to share.
You can control and manage cookies in your browser settings at any time. See Section 6 for browser-specific guidance.
2. Cookies We Use
We use the following categories of cookies on the Pravik website:
- Essential Cookies — required for the website to operate correctly. These manage session continuity and security. They cannot be disabled.
- Analytics Cookies — help us understand how visitors use the website, including which pages are visited most frequently. Data is aggregated and anonymous.
- Marketing Cookies — used to understand how visitors arrive at our site and to assess the relevance of our content for different audiences. No personal profiling is conducted.
- Preference Cookies — remember choices you have made, such as language or region settings, to improve your experience on future visits.
3. Cookie Duration
- Session cookies — exist only while your browser session is active and are deleted when you close your browser
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device after you close your browser for a defined period. Analytics cookies typically persist for 13 months; preference cookies for up to 12 months.
4. Third-Party Services
Some cookies on our website are set by third-party services that appear on our pages. These may include:
- Google Analytics — for aggregated website usage analysis. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps — embedded map functionality on our main page. Governed by Google's Terms of Service.
- Content delivery networks — for serving fonts and icon libraries (e.g., Google Fonts, Font Awesome). These may set performance cookies.
We do not control third-party cookies directly. Please refer to the relevant third-party privacy policies for more information.
5. Your Cookie Preferences
Use the controls below to manage which cookie categories you accept. Your preferences are saved to this browser and apply immediately. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the site to function.
